Job Summary

Dry Fruit House is looking for an experienced MIS Executive with a warehouse management background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining inventory records, monitoring warehouse operations, and providing accurate data analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain warehouse inventory and stock movement records.
- Track inward, outward, dispatch, returns, and inter-store stock transfers.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily stock ageing, slow-moving, and fast-moving inventory reports.
- Generate reports for management, operations, procurement, sales, and finance teams.
- Maintain and update product master data, SKU, barcode, and inventory records.
- Create dashboards and MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and warehouse performance data to support decision-making.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory and reports and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores, procurement, and logistics teams for timely data updates.
- Ensure timely submission of all operational reports.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support warehouse audits and inventory verification activities.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure complete data accuracy.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, IF, IFERROR, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Lookup Functions).
- Robust knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and warehouse reporting.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
- Mandatory experience in warehouse management and inventory operations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with retail warehouse experience will be given preference.

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
