We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive – CCTV Monitoring to manage CCTV footage in compliance with DDU-GKY Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role involves monitoring CCTV recordings, extracting and uploading 15-minute video clips to the designated government portal, maintaining upload logs, ensuring timely submissions, and coordinating with training center staff to resolve any issues related to CCTV footage or portal uploads.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV recordings of DDU-GKY training centers.
- Extract and upload 15-minute CCTV video clips to the designated government portal as per DDU-GKY SOPs.
- Ensure all uploads are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain daily records and logs of uploaded CCTV footage.
- Verify video quality, timestamps, and compliance before uploading.
- Coordinate with training center teams to resolve missing or incomplete footage.
- Track upload status and promptly address any portal errors or technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of CCTV recordings.
- Prepare daily and monthly compliance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY guidelines and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining MIS records.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, video extraction, and file management.
- Familiarity with uploading files to online portals.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, CCTV monitoring, data management, or compliance reporting is preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and attention to detail may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
