- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering product or service questions.
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound communication.
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM system.
- Update customer records and document all interactions.
- Process customer requests, orders, and service inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track lead progress and customer follow-ups to support business objectives.
- Meet customer service, lead generation, and productivity goals.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain organized records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
