- Manage the Global Accounts Payable operations for Techolution across multiple entities.
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and management.
- Invoice verification and processing.
- Budget tracking and support for AP-related spend.
- Vendor payment initiation and coordination.
- Accrual accounting and AP-related journal entries.
- Preparation and review of AP ageing reports.
- Vendor account reconciliations and statement confirmations.
- Monthly AP close activities and reporting.
- Employee expense management and reimbursements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement,



HR, and Business teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
