Job Description:
Ø
Compliance Assessment: Preparing and disseminating Compliance Obligation Registers and obtaining business unit's sign-off on the same.
Ø
Compliance Testing Monitor and periodically test compliance by performing sufficient and representative compliance testing of business units based on compliance obligations and internal guidelines.
Ø
Regulatory Correspondence: Maintaining RBI Communication Log and preparing draft responses/ applications on various issues.
Ø
Exposure to Regulatory Reporting on CIMS, Daksh
Ø
Aware of all regulations related to Payment Industry, RBI, NPCI, UIDAI and IBA.
Ø
Draft and revise compliance policies, manuals, and SOPs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ø
Ensure policies reflect current regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.
Ø
Educate employees on compliance obligations and foster a culture of ethical conduct.
Ø
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cross-functional compliance awareness.
Ø




Have experience to handle annual inspection from RBI as well as exposure to deal with SSM team.
Ø
Coordinate internal and external audits, including Quality Assurance and Improvement Programs.
Ø
Exposure to KYC/AML/MLTF/Transaction monitoring.
Ø
Robust understanding of RBI regulations and India's financial compliance landscape.
Ø
Compiling Compliance update on a monthly basis for senior management, quarterly basis for Board and on annual basis for ACB.
Eligibility:-
Ø
Chartered Accountant/MBA/Company secretary.
Ø
Additional certifications in compliance, risk management, or financial regulations are advantageous.
Ø
Minimum +7 years of experience in Compliance domain.
Ø
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a quick-paced, high-volume setting.
Ø
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
Ø
Payments Banks or fintech experience. Have worked in at least one top 5 commercial banks in India.
