We're Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (B2B)

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with experience in B2B demand generation and outbound prospecting for the US market. If you're confident speaking with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound B2B lead generation and telemarketing campaigns targeting the US market.
Identify and engage key decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) .
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead statuses.
Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, MQLs, SQLs, and appointments.
Conduct account research to identify buying signals and target personas.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.




Hands-on experience generating MQLs, SQLs, and BANT-qualified prospects .
Experience calling US-based prospects is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable handling objections and engaging C-level executives, Directors, and Managers.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of demand generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management.
Solid internet research and account profiling skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve lead generation targets.
