As we deepen our alumni engagement, were looking for a Head of Alumni Relations to lead our strategy, partnerships, and engagement programs across all campuses.
What Youll Do
As the Head Alumni Relations, you'll:
Design and execute a pan-campus alumni engagement strategy
Define KPIs and lead reporting systems to measure alumni engagement
Build and manage robust alumni data systems and analytics
Drive alumni partnerships: mentorships, internships, scholarships, etc.
Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking forums
Integrate alumni feedback into institutional strategy
Collaborate with internal teams (careers, marketing, admissions, etc.)




Lead the Young Alumni Board (graduates from the last 5 years)
Develop exclusive benefit programs and partnerships for alumni
Who You Are
15+ years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or institutional advancement
Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills
Proficient in data systems/CRMs and analytics-driven decision making
Experience in higher education or managing large skilled networks is a plus
MBA or equivalent preferred
