to support our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of
warehouse structures

operational and client-facing responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Support the evaluation and documentation of
warehouse infrastructure, layouts, and facilities
.
Create and deliver
qualified PowerPoint presentations
for internal reviews and external stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and vendors.
Assist in
site visit coordination
,
audits
, and
real estate documentation
activities.
Manage and maintain effective communication with
landlords,



vendors, and partners
.
Collaborate with internal teams such as
Legal, Operations, and Finance
to facilitate real estate transactions and reporting.
Represent the
real estate team
in internal discussions, presentations, and client updates.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of
warehouse structures
,
facilities
, or
logistics operations
.
Proficiency in
MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
(English and Hindi preferred).
Solid
presentation
and
PR/stakeholder management
abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
A
learning mindset
with the ability to adapt and take initiative.
