Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RPA Production Support Engineer with
hands-on experience in UiPath to join our automation team. The role primarily involves
monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting live automation processes (70%), along with
working on minor enhancements and updates to existing bots (30%).
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support RPA processes in the production setting to ensure secure
and reliable execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot failures, environment changes, and
exceptions.
Analyze incidents and work on root cause analysis to improve bot stability.
Perform minor enhancements and modifications to existing workflows and processes.
Work closely with RPA developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to
ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools (like
ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).




Maintain production documentation and operational playbooks.
Apply patches and perform version upgrades where necessary.
Participate in deployment and release management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in RPA support and development, primarily with UiPath.
Robust knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Queues, Logs, and REFramework
Experience in analysing and fixing exceptions, timeouts, and business rule validations.
Basic understanding of .NET, VB.NET/C#, and LINQ for reading and editing existing
scripts.
Good understanding of version control systems (Git/TFS).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
