Role Overview
The Front Desk Representative will act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding all transport-related matters. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills along with the ability to manage digital tools and ERP systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for parents on transport-related queries, concerns, and requests.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the transport team, accounts department, and parents to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports on transport operations, issues, and resolutions in the ERP and other designated systems.
Monitor and manage transport logistics software to ensure real-time updates and systematic concern management.
Provide professional assistance at the front desk, addressing walk-in queries from parents and visitors.
Prepare structured reports on transport operations, escalations, and resolutions for management review.
Support administrative tasks related to parent/student data management and communication.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications




Tech Savvy:
Prior experience with corporate digital tools, ERP systems, and transport logistics software.
MS Office & Google Suite Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
Languages:
Proficient in
English, Kannada, and Hindi
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle parent interactions with empathy and professionalism.
