Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Jalandhar
Night Shift: 9PM -6AM ( 1 hour break including)
Salary: based on experience

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and qualified networks
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,
cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio
Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Educational Qualifications:
MBA (HR) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with ATS and HRMS systems
Exposure to bulk hiring / lateral hiring (as per requirement)
