We are looking for a passionate and result -oriented IT Recruiter with experience in domestic recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end -to -end IT recruitment for domestic clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow -ups with candidates and clients
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve recruitment targets and timelines
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT recruitment (Domestic)
- Hands -on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Positive understanding of IT roles & technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Target -driven and result -oriented mindset
