Title: Hiring Payroll Specialists | UK Payroll | Workday

Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end -to -end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end -to -end UK payroll (Weekly, Bi -Weekly, Semi -Monthly & Monthly).
- Perform payroll validation, Gross -to -Net calculations, reconciliation, and audits.
- Handle arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, statutory payments, overtime, and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.
- Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
- Support payroll reporting, year -end activities, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of UK Payroll experience.
- Hands -on experience with Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem -solving skills.
- Versatile to work in 24Ã7 rotational shifts.
