Position Title: HR Executive

Location: Bhiwandi – Bhumi World (Preferred candidates residing between Thane and Kalyan)

Department: HR & Administration

Working Days: 6 days a week (with weekly visit to Head Office)

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management (BBA/BBM/PG with HR specialization)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in core HR Operations

Reporting Scope: Responsible for supporting HR operations for 100+ factory employees at the Bhiwandi location

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with candidates

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases

2. HR Documentation & Records

Update and manage employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.)

Draft and process HR-related documents such as appointment letters, memos,



and notices

3. Employee Relations

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events

Assist in promoting a positive and compliant workplace culture

4. HR Operations

Assist with payroll data collection and verification for smooth salary processing

Support administration of employee advantages (enrolments, claims, queries)

Help in maintaining and implementing HR policies and the employee handbook

Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data responsibly

5. College Trainee Management

Coordinate training schedules for trainees across departments

Support documentation and formalities related to BOAT, NATS, NAPS, and similar programs

Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, stipends, and program compliance
