We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Consulting / Human Resources sector seeking skilled and motivated HR professionals. Key Responsibilities


- Manage end -to -end recruitment activities.

- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance.

- Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.


Required Skills

- Talent Acquisition – Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates.





- HR Operations – Knowledge of daily HR administration.

- Employee Relations – Ability to maintain positive workplace relationships.

- Payroll Coordination – Exposure to payroll support and statutory processes.

- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication.


Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HRMS software.

- Familiarity with labour laws.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.


Work Experience Requirements


Minimum 4 years of HR experience in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in handling employee lifecycle activities within a consulting or corporate setting is preferred.

Education

- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (Typical: BBA, B.Com, MBA HR or equivalent)

- Preferred: MBA (HR)

- Additional Certifications: HR Certification (Preferred)
