We are seeking a dynamic and people -centric HR Business
Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives
and fostering a high -performance work culture. The HRBP will act as a trusted
partner to employees and managers, managing the employee lifecycle while
ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner
with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR
solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build
strong relationships with managers and employees to enhance engagement and
productivity.
- Provide
guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage
end -to -end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding,
confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct
regular employee connect sessions and stay interviews to improve
engagement and retention.
- Support
induction and integration of new employees into the organization.
Performance Management
- Drive
the performance management process, including goal setting, performance
reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
- Support
managers in addressing performance concerns and creating performance
improvement plans where required.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan
and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs,
wellness activities, and team -building events.
- Promote
company culture, values, and a positive employee experience.
- Analyze
employee feedback and recommend improvement initiatives.
Talent Management
- Partner
with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring, workforce planning,
and onboarding.
- Identify
training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support
succession planning and internal talent development programs.
Employee Relations
- Address
employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Support
conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company
policies.
- Ensure
fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
HR Analytics & Compliance
- Prepare
HR dashboards and reports on attrition, headcount, engagement, and other
HR metrics.
- Maintain
employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and
applicable labor laws.
- Support
HR audits and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate
in HR projects, organizational change initiatives, and policy
implementation.
- Collaborate
with cross -functional teams to improve HR processes and employee
experience.
- Perform
any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to
time.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce,
or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM
in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3
years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or Human
Resources.
- Experience
in the IT/ITES industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong
understanding of HRBP practices and employee lifecycle management.
- Good
knowledge of performance management and employee engagement.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability
to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong
problem -solving and conflict -resolution skills.
- Working
knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Proficiency
in MS Office and HRMS tools.
