Job Title: Senior TCMS Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent)
CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TCMS software solutions for rolling stock projects.
- Design and implement control software models based on requirements, interface documents, and RAMS constraints.
- Define system architecture and technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with TCMS development processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Lead design, code, and technical reviews while collaborating with cross -functional teams and customers.
- Prepare software integration plans, perform integration activities, and generate technical reports.
- Support train integration, testing, validation,
and commissioning activities.
- Estimate effort, manage assigned deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve complex engineering issues, and support customer discussions.
- Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards and best development practices.
- 5–10 years of software development experience, preferably in the Rolling Stock/Railway domain.
- Robust understanding of TCMS, train control systems, and software integration.
- Experience in system architecture, software design, and validation activities.
- Knowledge of RAMS principles and safety -critical software development.
- Excellent problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
