We are seeking a dedicated Higher Education Counselor with 2 to 5 years of experience to guide and support students in their educational journeys. The ideal candidate will provide personalized academic counseling, help students select suitable programs, and assist with application processes to ensure successful higher education placements.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable higher education options.
- Provide information on universities, courses, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Assist students with application forms, essay writing, and interview preparations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of changing admission policies and requirements.
- Organize workshops or seminars related to higher education opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in education counseling or related roles.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape, including universities and admission procedures.
- Ability to empathize with students and provide tailored guidance.
