Responsibilities:


- Diagnose and resolve issues in plumbing and piping systems.

- Perform routine mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks.

- Execute preventive maintenance plans in accordance with established schedules.

- Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and facility systems.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company maintenance standards.




Requirements

Requirements:


- Proven expertise in troubleshooting plumbing, piping, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing preventive maintenance measures.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance procedures.

- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow maintenance manuals.
