Requirements
- 10–15 years of hospitality or multi -property operations experience
- Experience managing 50+ properties across multiple cities
- Strong team leadership and operations management skills
- Expertise in OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
- Ability to handle escalations, process building, and high -growth operations
- Comfortable working during weekends and peak holiday periods
- Experience in STR, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality startups preferred
