Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Ensure approach, policies and procedures align with organizational vision. nnnn## Who weu2019re looking fornn * Bacheloru2019s degree in operations management, engineering, finance or a related field with over 12 years of experience, or a masteru2019s degree with more than 10 years of experience, or equivalent professional expertisen * More than 10 years of extensive experience in project and program management, navigating matrix organizations, and effectively influencing stakeholders.n * Strong business analytical skills with background in Power BI, MS Suite, u0026 SAP.n * Clear concise communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment.nnnn## Preferred qualificationsnn * Working experience in the semi-conductor industry is a plus.n * PMP, SCRUM,
