We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability




- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–20 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and up-to-date frontend frameworks
- Deep understanding of React.js concepts such as hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
