WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own end-to-end implementation of CSM for a newly acquired insurance business;
Configure case flows, SLA rules, business logic, and escalation paths;
Rapidly build service portals, intake forms, and knowledge integrations;
Integrate customer data with backend systems via REST/IntegrationHub;
Deliver working solutions in agile sprints, from kickoff to final UAT.
MUST HAVES
4+ years ServiceNow
experience,
2+ years in CSM delivery;
Mastery of case management, knowledge setup, portals, and Virtual Agent;
Hands-on scripting in
JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer;
Experience working directly with business stakeholders in short delivery cycles;




Robust
English
communication skills and a self-starting attitude.
