● Build & lead the org: Production, QA/RA, SCM, Sales/Marketing, Finance, HR.
● Market entry & GTM: distributor strategy, hospitals/tenders, KOL & key account management.
● Government & stakeholder relations; manage audits/inspections and public-sector bids.
● Supply reliability: S&OP;, demand planning, local sourcing where feasible, risk mgmt.
● Ethics/compliance systems: code of conduct, PV/medical governance, promotional review.
● Board reporting, strategy execution, cross-border synergies with ALS Group.
● Bachelor's degree (Pharmacy/Science/Business); MBA preferred.
