We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end
onboarding process
for new client employees within the
Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO)
setting. The role demands a solid customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless integration into client systems while enhancing employee experience and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the
complete onboarding lifecycle
for new client employees within HRO operations.
Ensure smooth
system integration and process alignment
with client goals and organizational standards.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
to promote satisfaction and retention throughout the onboarding journey.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding execution.
Manage and mentor a large team (35+ members), ensuring high performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
Utilize
HRIS platforms
such as ADP, Workday, or BambooHR for data management and workflow optimization.
Leverage
advanced Excel and reporting skills




to monitor key onboarding metrics and identify process improvements.
Act as a
client-facing liaison
, providing consistent communication, updates, and resolution of onboarding-related issues.
Lead
implementation and transition projects
for new clients with a focus on scalability and quality.
Requirements
Minimum
10 years of experience
in HRO/HR services or related functions.
At least
5 years in a managerial or leadership role
overseeing onboarding or implementation operations.
Proven experience managing
large teams (35+ people)
in a client-service-oriented environment.
Solid
technical proficiency
with HRIS tools (ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and
advanced Excel
.
Excellent
project management, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving
skills.
Willingness to work
onsite, 5 days a week
, during
night shifts (between 6 PM IST – 5 AM IST)
.
