Job Title: Quality Manager (Hard Goods)

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager from the hard goods export to lead quality assurance across production and ensure products meet buyer and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and SOPs.
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
Handle quality issues, CAPA, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and export quality standards.
Manage factory audits, documentation, and quality reports.
Train and guide the QC team to improve quality performance.
Monitor vendor and supplier quality to minimize defects.

Requirements:
6–10+ years of experience in quality management within the hard goods/export industry.
Robust knowledge of wooden,



metal, marble, resin, or home décor products.
Experience with AQL inspection standards and quality systems.
Positive problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Background:
Candidates from export houses manufacturing home décor, kitchenware, giftware, furniture, or lifestyle products will be preferred.
