Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share sales quotations with clients in a timely manner
Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections
Track and maintain accounts receivable records
Support sales promotion and marketing activities
Coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books or similar ERP systems
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and reporting
Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing and recent customers for the growth of the business.
Cross-selling products to customers by understanding their requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
