Job Summary:

Contractor Onboarding Executive/ Filed Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Contractor Onboarding Executive to identify, approach, and onboard contractors involved in civil and construction-related works. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the contractor network and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Target Contractors Onboarding -

RCC Work, Brickwork, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Electrical Work, Excavation, Tile Work

Fabrication Shed, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building), Paver Block, RCC Well Work, Trimix Flooring

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with contractors across assigned territories
Explain company services, advantages, and onboarding process
Generate contractor registrations and yearly memberships
Build strong relationships with contractors and project teams
Conduct field visits and follow-ups for closures
Maintain contractor database and onboarding records




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
Achieve monthly onboarding targets

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in field sales, contractor handling, or business development
Preferred Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel and meet contractors on-site
Basic understanding of construction and contractor ecosystem preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Daily Allowance: ₹100 per working day
Incentives based on contractor onboarding performance
Other benefits as per company policy

Qualification:
PUC / Diploma / Any Degree preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
