Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Prepare and monitor production schedules in coordination with the PPC team.
Maintain product quality by ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Reduce production downtime and improve overall productivity.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Store, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
Supervise shop floor activities and resolve production-related issues.




Ensure timely completion of production orders while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of welding, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, and assembly processes.
Valuable problem-solving and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
