Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
Develop content calendars.
Host and present real estate property walkthrough videos.
Create engaging video content for social media platforms.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages in a explicit and engaging manner.
Conduct interviews with company representatives, clients, and channel partners.
Prepare and deliver scripts with confidence and professionalism.
Coordinate with the marketing and video production teams during shoots.
Stay updated with real estate trends and social media content formats.
Maintain a qualified on-camera appearance and presentation style.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Monitor trends and create engaging campaigns.
Track performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
