We're looking for confident, well-spoken Telecallers to join our real estate team. If you're a positive communicator with the drive to convert leads into prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
Graduates (BA / B.Com / BBA) preferred
Exceptional candidates with 12th pass qualification will also be considered
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English
Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
Only candidates residing in or near Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai need apply
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
Explain property options, pricing, and offers clearly
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
Compensation
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹3,000+/month based on performance
Location: Thane (candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane only)
