What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of new backend features and product enhancements.
Contribute to designing and building backend APIs and core system architecture.
Uphold engineering best practices and help maintain a clean, high-quality codebase.
Support and mentor junior developers where needed, including conducting code reviews.
Collaborate closely with the product team to convert ideas into impactful business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
2+ years
of hands-on experience in software development
Solid proficiency in at least one programming language
Exposure to or interest in distributed systems (a plus)
A natural curiosity for understanding how systems work
Solid problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive mindset
