Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and beverages as per the daily menu.
Cook South Indian meals, vegetarian dishes as required.
Ensure food is prepared on time and served in a hygienic manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, dining area, and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients before use.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Admin department about grocery and kitchen supply requirements.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
Coordinate with kitchen helpers and canteen staff for smooth operations.
Comply with company safety rules and health regulations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
