Teaching Responsibilities
Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
Prepare course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
Conduct assessments, exams, and provide timely feedback to students.
Use up-to-date pedagogical tools and techniques to enhance student learning.
Research and Scholarship
Conduct original research in their area of specialization.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Seek research funding and grants from internal and external sources.
Supervise student research projects and theses (undergraduate/graduate).
Student Mentorship
Provide academic advising and career counseling to students.
Mentor students in academic and professional development.
Support students’ participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Curriculum and Academic Development
Participate in the development and revision of academic programs.




Ensure the curriculum meets current academic and industry standards.
Collaborate with faculty in program planning and improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities
Serve on departmental and institutional committees.
Assist in organizing academic events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Community and Skilled Engagement
Engage with the academic community through conferences and collaborations.
Maintain membership and involvement in relevant professional bodies.
Contribute to outreach programs and community development initiatives.
Continuous Career development
Stay current with advances in their field through continued education and training.
Attend professional development workshops and courses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
