We are seeking an experienced
Investor Services Specialist
with a solid background in client-facing financial services, specifically supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, or mutual funds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in investor relations, transfer agency operations, and end-to-end account servicing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex investor transactions while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing queries and delivering high-quality service.
Manage investor relations and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and support.
Handle end-to-end investor account opening and onboarding with accuracy and efficiency.
Execute transaction processing including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.




Support transfer agency activities and maintain accurate investor records.
Prepare reports, statements, and documentation required for investor servicing.
Manage client-facing interactions across hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, or other asset classes.
Assist in resolving investor issues, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
