5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Proficient in process mapping and business analysis tools.




Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a transparent manner.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace with changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
