MIS Executive/Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive/Analyst to join our agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on critical business data to support strategic decision-making across various departments. This role requires a robust understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in various reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
Identify trends, patterns,



and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reports.
Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders, clearly communicating complex data in an understandable format.
Assist in the development and implementation of current data collection and reporting systems.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all company data.
