Job Responsibilities
Raw Material & Packing Material Management
: Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of RM & PM; ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Inventory & Barcode System
: Manage barcode-based inventory tracking in ERP/SAP; conduct periodic audits.
Dispatch & Logistics
: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of finished goods; maintain cold chain compliance.
Cold Room Operations
: Manage temperature-sensitive storage, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.
Process Compliance
: Implement SOPs; ensure adherence to GMP, FSSAI, ISO standards; prepare for audits.
MIS & Reporting
:



Generate and analyze inventory and stock movement reports; suggest cost optimization measures.
Team Leadership
: Lead and mentor store & dispatch teams; drive performance and training initiatives.
Requirements
Graduate with a Diploma in
Material Management / Supply Chain Management

of experience in stores & inventory management, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or ice cream industry.
Proficiency in
ERP/SAP (MM Module)
and barcode inventory systems.
Robust knowledge of
GMP, FSSAI, ISO standards
