We are looking for creative Video Editors / Motion Designers to create engaging, high-retention YouTube documentary-style content.

Role Overview:
You will work on B-roll/A-roll edits, 2D motion graphics, and 2.5D/3D-style storytelling videos designed for high audience engagement on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and design documentary-style videos for YouTube
Create motion graphics including maps, infographics, graphs, and article-based visuals
Work on 2.5D/3D camera-style edits with depth, lighting, and compositing
Research and source visuals/clips to support storytelling
Ensure high-quality output with robust attention to detail, pacing, and retention

Required Skills:
Experience in video editing / motion graphics (YouTube or documentary style preferred)
Robust knowledge of Adobe After Effects (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of animation graphs, pacing, and visual storytelling
Basic knowledge of color grading, composition, and camera movement
Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT) is a plus

Preferred Education:
Mass Communication / Visual Communication / Animation / Fine Arts
