Key Responsibilities:

Customer Check-In/Check-Out Assistance:

- Help guests carry their luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Room Cleanliness:

- Clean and prepare rooms before guest check-in.
- Maintain cleanliness during their stay and after check-out.
- Ensure bedding, bathrooms, and general areas are hygienic and presentable.

Room Service Management:

- Deliver room service orders promptly and courteously.
- Address guest requests, such as additional towels, toiletries, or special services.

General Maintenance & Reporting:
