Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client emails professionally and promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
- Maintain records of client communications.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Robust email writing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales support, or client communication is an advantage.
