# Presenting Solutions: Confidently present CyberSWIFT's solutions and services to

prospective customers to generate and develop sales leads.

# Lead Generation: Take initiative to generate and convert leads in specified

regions, particularly North East India.

# Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business

needs and solution requirements.

# Initial Customer Visit: Establish first contact with the customer, introduce the organization, understand the department's mandate, and initiate relationship building.

# Pipeline Management: Build, develop, and manage a constant pipeline of

qualified leads through structured approaches, including email, telephone, social

media, and face-to-face meetings.

# Meeting with Stakeholders to Understand Business Processes:Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's existing business processes, workflows, operational practices, and current systems.





# Identification and Mapping of Key Stakeholders, Influencers & Decision Makers:Identify all key stakeholders, technical evaluators, influencers, decision makers, and approval authorities to formulate an effective engagement strategy.

# Sales Life-cycle Ownership: Own the complete sales closing life-cycle for assigned

leads, including interest creation, product/service demonstrations, sales closing,

and post-sales relationship management.

# Relationship Building with Key Stakeholders and Decision Makers: Develop trust, credibility, and long-term relationships through regular interactions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
