Academic Responsibilities:

- Teaching:

Deliver lectures in mathematics subjects as per the curriculum using effective teaching methods and tools.

- Curriculum Development:

Design, update, and improve mathematics course materials, lesson plans, and assignments.

- Assessment & Evaluation:

Prepare question papers, conduct examinations, and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.

- Student Mentorship:

Guide students in academic matters, project work, and career counseling when needed.

Administrative & Departmental Roles:

- Department Coordination:

Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic audits.

- Record Keeping:

Maintain proper records of attendance, marks, lesson plans, and student feedback.

- Academic Events:





Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and mathematical activities.

Research & Development:

- Research Contribution:

Engage in mathematical research, publish papers in journals, and attend conferences.

- Project Guidance:

Supervise undergraduate or postgraduate research and project work.

Professional Development:

- Continuous Learning:

Upgrade skills and knowledge through training programs, certifications, and higher studies.

- Collaboration:

Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary teaching and research.
