Job Responsibilities:

Provide crop guidance and technical support to farmers

Recommend suitable agricultural products and practices

Build strong relationships with farmers and dealers

Conduct field visits and farmer meetings

Support sales and business growth activities

Share knowledge about modern farming techniques and crop management

Required Qualification:

BSc Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

Marathi language mandatory

Good communication skills

Basic agriculture knowledge

Field work readiness
