- Generate accurate invoices, bills, and sales entries using Ornate Software.
- Handle customer billing for gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Ensure correct application of making charges, wastage, discounts, taxes, and GST.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Verify product details, weights, purity, and pricing before billing.
- Process various payment modes including cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and finance schemes.
- Handle sales returns, exchanges, and credit notes as per company policy.
- Coordinate with sales staff and inventory team for smooth billing operations.
- Prepare daily billing reports and reconcile cash and payment collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a skilled manner.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer data.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory knowledge of Ornate Jewellery ERP Software.
- Basic understanding of jewellery billing processes.
- Knowledge of GST and taxation applicable to jewellery retail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Ability to work efficiently during peak sales hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
