Key Responsibilities

- Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome diners warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate effective seating arrangements.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with regular and VIP guests, keeping track of individual preferences to deliver a tailored experience.
- Feedback & Complaint Resolution: Monitor floor satisfaction, handle customer concerns gracefully, and resolve issues immediately.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and floor staff to communicate special requests and dietary requirements.
- Promotion & Upselling: Inform patrons about daily specials, upcoming events, and signature menu items.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 20+ years in hospitality guest relations or F&B; service.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills, a friendly demeanor, and professional phone/in-person etiquette.
- Composure: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to stay calm during high-pressure rush hours.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
