Job Profile & ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

- Provide comprehensive OPD and IPD services in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Diagnose and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies.
- Conduct normal and cesarean deliveries.
- Perform gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomy, laparoscopy (if applicable), and other procedures as per expertise.
- Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies.
- Provide antenatal, postnatal, infertility, family planning, menopausal, and women's health services.
- Perform and interpret obstetric and gynecological ultrasound (if qualified and permitted).
- Participate in emergency and on-call duties as per hospital policy.

Teaching

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, clinical demonstrations, and tutorials in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Participate in academic discussions, seminars, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
- Mentor MBBS students, interns, and postgraduate residents.

Academic Activities





- Supervise interns, junior residents, and postgraduate students.
- Guide research projects, dissertations, publications, and academic presentations.
- Participate in departmental research and quality improvement initiatives.

Administrative Support

- Participate in departmental meetings, examinations, and accreditation-related activities.
- Assist in curriculum development, academic assessments, and departmental administration.

Pay & Benefits

- Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualification, experience, and institutional norms)
