We are looking for a Tender Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience in handling government and private tenders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the GeM Portal, e-Procurement portals, and the complete tendering process from identifying opportunities to successful bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
- Upload tender documents and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, and compliance documents.
- Maintain tender records, bid status, and submission reports.
- Follow up with departments regarding tender updates, corrigendums, and bid results.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms,



eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and supporting documents as required.
- Assist in vendor registrations and document renewals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Tender Executive.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Solid documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
