Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Generative AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI frameworks, and real-world GenAI applications. You will be responsible for designing course content, conducting instructor-led sessions, mentoring learners, and enabling professionals to build practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training programs on Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Teach topics including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and AI application development.
- Develop training materials, presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct live classroom, virtual, and corporate training sessions.
- Guide learners through real-world projects and case studies.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and incorporate them into training content.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve curriculum and learning outcomes.

Required Skills





- 3–8 years of experience in software development, AI, Machine Learning, or technical training.
- Solid knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI application development.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering corporate or professional training programs.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI, and model evaluation techniques.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Technical Training are an advantage.
