1. Hiring (your priority from day one)

- Run end-to-end recruitment for all open leadership positions — source, screen, coordinate interviews, issue offers, onboard.
- Maintain the weekly hiring tracker and present updates at the CEO's weekly meeting.
- Roles to fill in sequence: Finance Head, Growth Marketer (VENTOS), Sales & Marketing Head, Purchase Head, Logistics Head, Quality Head.

2. Statutory Compliance (zero tolerance for misses)

- Run the monthly PF, ESIC and Skilled Tax cycle independently — on the government portals, on time, every month.
- Complete any pending registrations; maintain a compliance calendar.
- Implement the POSH framework: Internal Committee, policy enforcement, annual training.

3. HR Operations





- Attendance and leave management for both companies; error-free monthly payroll inputs to Finance.
- Maintain complete digitised employee files — contracts, IDs, statutory records.
- Structured onboarding for every joiner; exit interview and full documentation on every exit.

4. Policy & People Development (with leadership support)

- Enforce the HR policy and ensure it is understood across both companies.
- Administer the appraisal cycle; maintain the training calendar; manage the Production Champion system on the HR side.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
